Host Rayshawnda Madison

Rayshawnda Madison is Head of Culture, Community, and Employee Experience at GRAIL, where she leads enterprise efforts focused on helping employees engage deeply in the company’s mission, feel a sense of belonging, and grow in ways that enable meaningful impact. Her work strengthens connection between people, purpose, and innovation in support of GRAIL’s goal to detect cancer early, when it can be cured.

Working closely with leadership teams, Rayshawnda helps bring forward insight from employees and communities to better understand the experiences of the people GRAIL serves. She is particularly passionate about advancing health equity and supporting efforts that center patient experience and community perspective in how healthcare innovation reaches more people.

In addition to her role at GRAIL, Rayshawnda serves as Vice Chair of the Solano Commission for Women and Girls, where she helps advance initiatives focused on improving health outcomes for women and families, including birth justice efforts in her local community. She is a speaker and facilitator on topics related to culture, leadership, belonging, and health equity.

As host of The Cancer SIGNAL, Rayshawnda brings curiosity, empathy, and a deep commitment to elevating the voices of patients, caregivers, clinicians, and innovators working to change the future of cancer detection.
