Andrew Crenshaw

Andrew Crenshaw serves as Vice President of Lab Operations and the Research Triangle Park Site Lead at Grail, where he oversees strategic and operational leadership for Grail’s high-throughput laboratory facilities. Andrew brings more than 25 years of experience in clinical diagnostics, genomics, and laboratory management in regulated environments.

Prior to joining Grail, Andrew served as Global CDx Discipline Director and Site Head at Q² Solutions, where he oversaw global companion diagnostics operations and led the design and buildout of state-of-the-art genomic laboratories in both the U.S. and China. Earlier, at Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research, he established next-generation sequencing programs and directed assay development for diagnostic innovation.

Andrew holds an M.S. in Biotechnology Studies from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Microbiology from North Carolina State University.
