Matt Willmon

Matt has been with GRAIL since August 2022 leading Total Rewards and People Operations. Prior to GRAIL, Matt spent a year at Invitae in a similar position after spending 16 years at Thermo Fisher Scientific with a majority of the time focused in Compensation and Total Rewards roles as well as roles in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence and Process Engineering. Matt is a certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) as well as a Six-Sigma Black Belt. Matt has extensive experience in broad-based compensation, sales compensation, job architecture and salary structures, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
