New Feature:

  • To support international providers, Provider Portal has added the following functionality:
    • The Family History of Cancer will not be displayed on the resulting Test Requisition Form (TRF).

What’s New in v2026.5.0.0

We’re continuously working to improve your Provider Portal experience. Here’s what changed:

New Features:

  • To support international providers, Provider Portal has added the following functionality when ordering a test:
    • The country where the provider is located is now included with the provider information and is also populated on the international Test Requisition Form.
    • The date format when ordering a test on Provider Portal has been updated to DD/MMM/YYYY (matching the international Test Requisition Form).
    • A new checkbox to confirm the patient’s consent to use their anonymized samples and data for research and secondary purposes is now present on the Order Test page.
    • The addition of optional fields to enter the the patient’s Clinical History.
    • The option to enter specimen information using a paper form to be shipped with the patient’s sample.
  • Providers can now correct sample issues directly in Provider Portal after receiving an emailed link from GRAIL’s Customer Service team. When accessioning issues are logged at GRAIL’s lab, providers will receive an email containing the link, which opens Provider Portal and lists the issues with an order summary for context. Using the link walks the providers through issues such as needed updates to patient information and eligibility.

What’s New in v2026.3.0.0

We’re continuously working to improve your Provider Portal experience. Here’s what changed:

New Feature:

  • With this release, providers now have the option to upload insurance cards for Galleri® customers in the United States and for participants in the Real-world Evidence to Advance Multi-Cancer Early Detection Health Equity study (REACH) study. This feature supports the following functionality:
    • The ability to upload both sides of an insurance card:
      • The supported file formats are JPG, PNG, and PDF (with a maximum of 10 pages)
      • A maximum file size of 10 megabytes
    • An option to upload a secondary insurance card:
      • Enabled by selecting the Patient has secondary insurance information checkbox in the Billing Information section when ordering a test
    • Insurance card validation:
      • Once the insurance card has been validated by Provider Portal, a preview of the card will be displayed for user confirmation prior to completing the order

Once the insurance card is uploaded and the order is submitted, the card will be viewable and downloadable from within the Test Reports page.

New Feature:

  • To support international providers, Provider Portal has added the following functionality when ordering a test:
    • The Specimen Information section now contains an option for Fill later on paper form as a collection method for international providers who do not use an Electronic Health Record system.
    • The Billing Information section has now been enabled for for select international providers based on account requirements and configuration.

We’re continuously working to improve your Provider Portal experience. Here’s what changed:

New Feature:

  • Provider Portal now supports re-ordering for patients participating in the Real-world Evidence to Advance Multi-Cancer Early Detection Health Equity study (REACH) study. REACH study providers will now see the Re-Order test button for eligible patients who haven’t been tested in the 10 months prior to the reorder date and whose most recent test result was No Cancer Signal Detected.

We’re continuously working to improve your Provider Portal experience. Here’s what changed:

New Features:

  • Provider Portal now supports test ordering by MDs and DOs who do not have an existing Provider Portal account. Once the new provider requests a Galleri® order from the Galleri.com site, their provider credentials are verified and a provider account is created for them, allowing the ordering of the Galleri® test for their patients. New providers can directly submit their information using https://provider.grail.com/onboarding.
  • Provider Portal now supports ordering providers in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin slands.
  • Provider Portal now supports ordering by providers participating in the Real-world Evidence to Advance Multi-Cancer Early Detection Health Equity study (REACH) study. REACH providers will receive a welcome email inviting them to activate their Provider Portal account.
  • The Galleri® Commercial Test Results Report is being updated to version 3.0, which removes references to the PATHFINDER study and replaces it with PATHFINDER 2 data.
